The ROTARY BLOW MOLDING MACHINE is designed to blow PET bottles with high pressure, ensuring high efficiency, accuracy, and performance. It offers different models ranging from 6 to 16 molds, specially configured for Carbonated Soft Drinks, Still and Sparkling Water, Fruit Juices, Energy Drinks & Iced Tea, Edible Oils, Beer and Malt Drinks, Dairy Products. The FILLING MACHINE WITH ELECTRONIC FLOWMETERS is a state-of-the-art filling machine designed for hygienic and precise filling of table water, dairy products, and fruit juices. CAN filler and seamer

The PRESSURE FILLING MACHINE CAN is a filling and seaming machine specifically developed for canning carbonated soft drinks, energy drinks, fruit juices, and beer. It offers various models with capacities ranging from 12,000 to 72,000 cans per hour.

The MIXER AND CARBONATOR unit is designed for the preparation & carbonation of sparkling drinks and flavored soda water. It mixes water, syrup, and carbon dioxide gas in precise proportions, fully automating the carbonation process using special nozzles. Various models are available with capacities of up to 40,000 liters per hour.


Combination of Pasteurizer, Mixer, and Carbonator

The COMBINATION OF PASTEURIZER, MIXER, AND CARBONATOR is specially designed to enhance the quality of sterilization in beverage lines where carbonated soft drinks and fruit juices are filled on the same line. This integrated unit ensures high efficiency and superior quality in the preparation and carbonation processes.


Pressure Filling Machine

The HOT FILLING MACHINE is designed for hot filling of natural fruit juices, iced tea, nectars, and fruit-flavored drinks in pet or glass bottles ranging from 200 ml to 2.0 liters. The filling is performed at pasteurization temperatures up to 95°c. The product is continuously circulated between the filling valves and the pasteurizer to avoid cooling down. Fully automatic temperature control is maintained at all stages. 


VOLUMETRIC PISTON FILLING MACHINE

The VOLUMETRIC PISTON FILLING MACHINE is designed for bottling viscous liquids such as edible oil, liquid soap, and juices with fruit particles. It offers a hot filling version specifically for fruit juices.


Rinsing, Filling, and Capping Machine

The RINSING, FILLING, AND CAPPING MACHINE is designed for bottling still water, cold-filled fruit juices, spirits, and other non-carbonated liquids under low vacuum conditions. It is suitable for glass bottles ranging from 200 ml to 1 Liter.

The RINSING, FILLING, AND CAPPING MACHINE is designed for bottling still water, cold-filled fruit juices, spirits, and other non-carbonated liquids under low vacuum conditions. It is suitable for glass bottles ranging from 200 ml to 1 Liter. 

This machine ensures efficient and hygienic bottling, maintaining the quality and integrity of the liquids.


HOT FILLING MACHINE

The HOT FILLING MACHINE is designed for hot filling of natural fruit juices, iced tea, nectars, and fruit-flavored drinks in pet or glass bottles ranging from 200 ml to 2.0 liters. SELF-adheshive labeling MACHINE

The SELF-ADHESIVE LABELING MACHINE is a rotary-type machine designed for applying self-adhesive paper or plastic labels to PET or glass bottles. In addition to cylindrical bottles, special versions of the machine allow labeling of bottles in the form of a square, rectangle, or other shapes. Various models are available, suitable for labeling from 6,000 bottles up to 35,000 bottles per hour.

The labeling machines are rotary-type machines specifically designed for applying roll-fed OPP labels to PET, HDPE, and glass bottles using hot glue. In addition to cylindrical bottles, special versions are available that allow labels to be applied to square, rectangular, or differently shaped bottles. The AUTOMATIC PALLETIZING MACHINE is designed for placing shrink-wrapped packages or carton boxes on pallets automatically at the end of the filling line. Depending on the capacity of the line, different models are available with 1, 2 or 4 way inlet packages. Fully automatic machines are offered by installing an automatic pad placing unit between layers, an empty pallet feeding magazine & a fully automatic stretch wrapping unit.

The AUTOMATIC DE-PALLETIZER is designed for automatically sending bottles or cans, supplied on pallets, to the bottling line by sweeping layer by layer. 

The machine can reach capacities of up to 180-200 layers per hour, making it ideal for improving the productivity of high-speed plants. This efficient system ensures smooth and continuous operation, reducing downtime and increasing overall efficiency.


PASTEURIZING, WARMING, AND COOLING TUNNEL

OMG produces Pasteurizing, Warming, and Cooling Tunnels for bottling plants. Various tunnels are proposed following/under the type of filling line, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Each tunnel is designed to meet specific production requirements and standards.
