The filling is performed at pasteurization temperatures up to 95°c. The product is continuously circulated between the filling valves and the pasteurizer to avoid cooling down. Fully automatic temperature control is maintained at all stages.

The labeling machines are rotary-type machines specifically designed for applying roll-fed OPP labels to PET, HDPE, and glass bottles using hot glue. The AUTOMATIC PALLETIZING MACHINE is designed for placing shrink-wrapped packages or carton boxes on pallets automatically at the end of the filling line. Depending on the capacity of the line, different models are available with 1, 2 or 4 way inlet packages. Fully automatic machines are offered by installing an automatic pad placing unit between layers, an empty pallet feeding magazine & a fully automatic stretch wrapping unit.
The AUTOMATIC DE-PALLETIZER is designed for automatically sending bottles or cans, supplied on pallets, to the bottling line by sweeping layer by layer.
